Non-Warranty Returns
Items
that are unopened and that have not been installed can be returned to
DiscountGateOpeners.com and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Credit to be issued upon return and inspection of RGA products(s). RGA product
returns received after 30 days from the date of this invoice will be subject to restocking
charges of 15%.
Product claimed as defective will be subject to restocking charges of 15% if no problem
is found when evaluated by technician.
GTO Manufacturer's Warranty Program
GTO the distributer of Mighty MuleŽ E-Z GateŽ brand of gate openers and accessories includes a limited 18-month warranty on Mighty Mule 500 and Mighty Mule 502 Automatic Gate Openers and a limited 12-month warranty on Mighty Mule 350.
GTO PRO 1500 gate openers carry a 12-moth limited warranty. GTO PRO AC gate openers carry a 2-year limited warranty. GTO PRO DC gate openers carry a 2-year limited warranty.
GTO/PRO and Mighty Mule accessories carry a limited 12-month warranty.
GTOŽ sells its products through authorized retail and on-line channels to ensure that consumers obtain quality pre-sale and after sale support and service. The warranty on GTOŽ products is NOT VALID if the products have been purchased from an unauthorized, on-line E-tailer (e.g., E-bayŽ sellers who are not authorized GTOŽ resellers), or if a product's serial number has been altered, removed, or replaced in any way. Verification of the warranty period requires copies of receipts or other proof of purchase. Warranty can not be honored without proof of purchase. Please retain these records.
The GTO Warranty program starts from the date of final product sale.
In order to return products for warranty or out-of-warranty repairs, please call (850) 575-4144 for a Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA#). For warranty repair service, proof of purchase will be required. Regrettably, GTO is unable to accept or process shipments sent without an assigned RGA# clearly marked on the outside of the box.
RGA Steps
Contact the GTO Technical Service Department at (850) 575-4144 for an RGA#.
Have available for the service technician, the quantity and part numbers for the products to be returned.
Attach receipts to products to be considered under warranty.
Pack products to be returned appropriately to prevent damage during shipment back to GTO.
Clearly mark the RGA# on the outside of the package and return to GTO.
