Item has not worked correctly in over a year. |

Good day. I purchased a Mighty Mule Dual Gate almost two years ago. It took me about 6 months til I was ready to install. Once installed, I have had nothing but continuous issues with the gate and it does still not work correctly. I have sent parts back and forth with the manufacturer and nothing seems to work and when speaking to certain people, mainly MARK, at Mighty Mule, I have been lied to and not recieved great customer service. Through the multiple times I had called to get some service, the techs have all told me something other than the last and they even wanted me to pay a obscure amount for new parts when the thing had never worked initially. I would NOT RECCOMMEND anyone products from Mighty Mule as it has been a long gruelling two years dealing with them.

Discount Gate Openers brings back customer service from the old days when customer satisfaction is the number 1 objective. I bought the MightyMule 352 but because it was out of stock, DGO immediately upgraded me to a 502 without charge so I could get my order on time! And later, I found I needed a pair of brackets for my push-to-open application, they shipped me the brackets immediately with no questions asked! I am very happy with the ways they handled their business. Buy from them and you won't be disappointed.
I will have a follow up review once I get the gate opener installed. Cheers~~
